Day 14 - Seeing Seattle Part Two
Jonah left early this morning with Brian to go mountain biking and sounded like he had a lot of fun. He said it was a demo day so he got to try out a really expensive bike!
I did some work for my online class in the morning and soon after Jonah got back we headed to Pike Place Market. It was overwhelming with how many places it had!
We saw the iconic gum wall with a bunch of other millennials taking selfie while blowing bubble gum balls.
We went in and out of a bunch of stores but didn’t buy anything besides lunch!
After we left Pike Place Market, we decided to get a drink somewhere funky. I found a place called E. Smith Mercantile in Pioneer Square. It was a weird place with plants and potions for sale in the front a bar in the middle and a restaurant in the back.
I got an interesting but tasty drink with coconut milk, rose petals, gin and some other random things and Jonah got interesting drinks as well. Of course we also bought some popcorn.. our fave.
